WHAT WE BELIEVE

As a member of the Southern Baptist Convention, in cooperation with the Southern Baptist Conservatives of Virginia, and holding to a rich heritage of living, worshipping, and serving together as a "people of the Book", Oak Grove Baptist Church holds, first and foremost, that the Bible is God's Holy Word and serves as our authority and standard for life and interacting with the world around us. And therefore, our theology, the truths we hold so dear concerning what it means to follow Jesus, find their roots in the scriptures.
